Print Design
I was asked to design the cover and interior layout of this brilliant chapbook written by Minneapolis-based carpenter, writer, and community organizer Josina Manu Maltzman. This personal essay explores healing from trauma as an act of community safety, and is told through the story of multiple motorcycle trips they took alone beginning in 2005.
I originally created the cover image as a linocut print before digitizing it for print production. The book was printed by local union shop Smart Set and can be bought at MoonPalace Books.
